Doug Taillon had bowled for 25 years prior to his induction into the Hall of Fame.

He won many Championships, and was the high average holder several times.

He won the high triple crown in Canada in 1954 with a 1079. Doug also won the highest 5 games across Cornwall in 1965. Once he averaged 280 for 25 games at the Olympic Bowl Tournament.

He was an outstanding softball pitcher for many years in the North End Softball League. Thereafter, he played fastball.

Doug is deceased.
